Day 1Arrive in Entebbe
Arrive at Entebbe International Airport and transfer to your hotel. Meet your Uganda safari guide and receive a briefing on the wildlife and gorilla journey ahead.

Day 2Entebbe to Queen Elizabeth National Park
Travel west through changing countryside toward Queen Elizabeth National Park. Arrive at your lodge and enjoy an introductory evening game drive if timing allows.

Day 3Queen Elizabeth — Game Drive & Kazinga Channel
Start with an early game drive across the Kasenyi plains, then take an afternoon boat safari on the Kazinga Channel for hippo, elephant, buffalo and prolific birdlife.

Day 4Ishasha Sector
Journey south through the Ishasha sector, watching for its famous tree-climbing lions and other wildlife before continuing toward the Bwindi highlands.

Day 5Bwindi — Gorilla Trekking
After a ranger briefing, trek into Bwindi Impenetrable Forest with an experienced tracking team. Spend the permitted encounter time with a habituated mountain gorilla family before returning to the lodge.

Day 6Bwindi — Forest & Community
Enjoy a slower day around Bwindi, with options including a guided forest walk, birding, community experience or simply time to absorb the mountain scenery.

Day 7Bwindi to Entebbe
Begin the return journey toward Entebbe by road or optional domestic flight, depending on your preferred pace and budget. Settle in for a final night near the lake.

Day 8Departure
Enjoy breakfast and a private transfer to Entebbe International Airport for your onward flight, with optional activities arranged if your departure is later in the day.
